Sie erstellen Diagramme, können sich geschickt durch das Modell navigieren, erkennen Zusammenhänge und können abschließend Modellinhalte dokumentieren.

The use of a tool can only increase the efficiency of development if this tool fits both the development process and the software production line. Innovator offers a wide range of customization options. These adaptations concern on the one hand the model structure, with which you adapt Innovator optimally to your process model, but also various technical settings, which make it possible to integrate Innovator into your Software Production Line.

Learn how to use ArchiMate® to model clear and easy to understand models from your Enterprise Architecture data.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of the course you will be able to use Bpanda, have an overview of existing processes and read the guide with no trouble. You will be able to create new processes in Bpanda. You will be able to start the review process in Bpanda and accompany the review process as a participant. You will be able to publish processes in Bpanda.

Mit diesem Kurs führen wir den Eignungstest zum Ausbildungsberuf Kaufmann (w/m/d) für Büromanagement durch.

Warum führen wir eigentlich diese Jahresgespräche?

In der Personalentwicklung (PE) leistest Du – die Führungskraft – einen wichtigen Erfolgsbeitrag für die MID. Ein Mitarbeitergespräch zu führen, ist die Kunst, Gespräche strukturiert vorzubereiten und diese kompetent umzusetzen. Mit diesem E-Learning möchten wir dich für die Bedeutung unseres Personalentwicklungsdialogs (PED) sensibilisieren, da er die Vertrauenskultur, Motivation und Qualität der Zusammenarbeit bei der MID fördern kann.

Hier findest du die Arbeitssicherheitsunterweisung der MID. Diese wird sowohl für neue Mitarbeiter als Erstunterweisung als auch für bestehende Mitarbeiter als Wiederholungsunterweisung angeboten.

Wiederholungsunterweisungen sind jährlich zu wiederholen.

Im Anschluss an die Einweisung musst du einen Test auf der unserer E-Learning-Plattform absolvieren und damit dokumentieren, dass du die hier gemachten Informationen verstanden hast.

IXPRA ist eine Methode, mit der Prozesse in drei Schritten optimiert werden: analysieren, verstehen, verbessern. Das 3-Schichten-Modell stellt jeden Prozessschritt in einer Prozessmatrix dar. Diese fördert das gemeinsame Verständnis aller Beteiligten. So können Probleme erkannt, verstanden und gemeinsam am «Runden Tisch» gelöst werden.

Im Seminar «Optimale Spitalprozesse dank IXPRA» lernen Sie, wie Sie mit der ganzheitlichen Prozessanalysemethode IXPRA (Interface Cross Culture Process Analysis) und mit Hilfe von globalen GS1 Standards den Informationsfluss der Behandlungspfade digitalisieren und verbessern können. So können Sie optimale Spitalprozesse entwickeln.

Am Ende des Kurses sind Sie in der Lage, fachliche und technische Abläufe als BPMN-Prozesse zu modellieren. Sie können die einzelnen Prozessschritte beschreiben, die verwendeten Datenobjekte darstellen und die verantwortlichen Rollen oder Systeme zuweisen. Sie können außerdem Prozesshierarchien sowie die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Prozesse modellieren.
